Cream of Crab Soup

 

 

 

                  1 lb. Lump Crab Meat

                  1 ½ quarts of Half & Half

                  1 medium onion diced

                  2 Tbs. Butter

                  ½ Tsp. White Pepper

                  ¼ Cup chopped Celery

                  Dash of Garlic Powder

                  1 Tbs. Corn Starch

                  Dash of Salt

 

              Combine all of the above ingredients in pan-heat slowly and stir

              occasionally for about 35 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add

              one pound of  Crab meat and cook until Crab meat is heated.

              For some color you could also add to the vegetables some chopped

              red or green Bell Peppers.
