Hot Spiced Crab

Ingredients...

6 oz crabmeat or small dressed crab

4 tbsps fresh breadcrumbs

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

a few drops tabasco

1 tsp english mustard

3 tbsps double cream

2 tbsps grated parmesan

Instructions

Put the crabmeat into a small mixing bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, seasonings and

cream. Taste and add salt, pepper and more mustard if wished.

Put the mixture into small ramekins. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Place under a preheated grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted

and the mixture bubbles.
